The Granja Sassorba hens have access to courtyards covered with vegetation for the most part and equipped with protective facilities.
The land that animals climb is always with straw bed, which is constantly renewed to guarantee their well-being and contribute to a much more pleasant, clean and close to natural conditions.
Eco farm
Granja Sassorba is one of the few farms certified by the CCPAE for organic production in Catalonia. Located in the municipality of Gurb (Osona). The farm is totally open to the outside. Therefore, all pens have interior and exterior patio. Of course, we do not have cages and animals have full freedom of movement. Wow, they're camping on their roll!
We do not artificially modify the climatic conditions of the environment or with forced ventilation or heating, so the poultry enjoys the natural seasons according to the time of year.
